How much is the security deposit? The security deposit consists of $200 for electric service and $50 for water service. Also, a $25 fee is required to obtain electric service and $25 fee is required to obtain water service.

What do I need to do to establish service? The customer needs to come into the billing office to fill out a service application. Provide a valid drivers license so a copy can be made and provide a SSN.

What is a deposit waiver? The landlord signs a form allowing us to waive the deposit but not the fees.

What day is my trash pickup? Contact the City Clerk for trash pickup day and any recycling concerns.
